Protagonist of this tour is the Mincio River, that originates in Peschiera from Lake Garda and flows through Mantua, forming the three lakes that surround the city.

The North-South bike path is 45 km (28 miles) long, very easy and suitable for all, with modest differences in height and secluded  from the car traffic.

Along the path, tour participants will be able to enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside and will have the opportunity to visit small towns and villages of antique charm, with their military fortifications, ducal palaces as well as many other cultural and historical attractions.

A must-see on the cycling route is the medieval village of Borghetto sul Mincio, where tour participants can finally relax and stop for refreshment, while admiring the surrounding picturesque watermills, characteristic elements of that area.

The cycle path runs across the Mincio Natural Park, which is renowned for its diverse naturalistic environments, that range from morainic hills to lowlands, from waterways to lakes, and that is home to several birdlife species.

The offered tour starts from the surrounding villages: Peschieradel Garda, Salionze, Ponti sul Mincio, Monzambano, Valeggio sul Mincio, Volta Mantovana, Pozzolo, Marengo, Goito, Marmirolo, directly at the hotel or apartment where participants are staying.

Once the e-bikes have been delivered, the tour leader will guide the participants to the bike path and to the chosen destination, whether it is Lake Garda or Mantua.
